Healing with Bliss is a small private jewellery collection run by Mila Royale Godwill. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit this website.
It is written to the standard of the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation — the strictest of the major privacy regimes — and we apply it to everyone, wherever in the world you are.
The short version
- This is a catalogue, not a shop. There is no checkout, no payment, and nothing to buy online.
- We do not ask you for anything. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no account to create.
- This website runs no analytics and no advertising or social media trackers.
- Browsing these pages sets no cookies.
- We hold no customer records, because nothing has ever been sold through this site.

What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you.
Our web server keeps ordinary access logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of visit. These exist so the site can be kept secure and working, and are not used to identify you or follow you around.
Cookies
Simply looking at these pages sets no cookies at all.
The site is built on WooCommerce, which is capable of setting a small number of strictly functional cookies — for example to remember a shopping basket. Because every piece is marked out of stock and there is no checkout, in normal use these are never created. Any that ever were would be functional only, never used for advertising or tracking.
What we do not do
No Google Analytics. No advertising pixels. No social media trackers. No tag manager. No third-party scripts. We do not build a profile of you, we do not sell or share information with anyone, and we do not send marketing.
If you contact us
Pieces here are passed on by word of mouth, so the way to reach us is an Instagram message.
Please note that a message sent on Instagram is held on Meta’s systems and governed by Meta’s own privacy policy, not this one. We keep the conversation in that inbox, and use it only to answer you and to arrange a piece if you would like one. We do not copy it anywhere else, add you to a mailing list, or pass it on.
How long we keep things
- Conversations that do not lead anywhere — deleted within 12 months.
- Records of a piece that has changed hands — kept only as long as tax and legal record-keeping requires.
- You can ask us to delete a conversation at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you, and receive a copy
- Have anything inaccurate corrected
- Have your information deleted
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive it in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Message us on Instagram and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, login attempts are limited, and there is a single administrator account.
Children
This is not a site aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Complaints
Please contact us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your own country.
